XMR Host is built around the principle of minimal data collection. This policy describes exactly what we store, why, and for how long.

Why We Store Order Data
The minimal order record (Order ID, TX hash, plan details, server credentials) is stored solely to:
- Deliver your server or proxy credentials
- Allow you to retrieve your credentials via your Order ID
- Prevent double-use of the same payment transaction
- Allow renewal of your service
Data Retention
- Order records are retained for 90 days after expiry, then permanently deleted.
- Error logs (used for debugging) are rotated and do not contain client IP addresses or traffic data.
Cryptocurrency Payments
We accept Monero (XMR), Bitcoin (BTC), and Litecoin (LTC). We store only the transaction hash (TX ID) — no wallet addresses, no amounts beyond what you declared at checkout.
XMR transactions are verified using a view key (read-only). BTC and LTC are verified via public blockchain. We cannot spend funds, only verify receipt.
Third Parties
- Our infrastructure provider — provisions and manages the underlying servers and proxies. Their privacy practices are independent of ours.
- xmrchain.net — used to verify XMR transactions. Your TX hash is sent to their API for confirmation lookups.
- api.blockcypher.com — used to verify BTC and LTC transactions. Your TX hash is sent to their API for confirmation lookups.
- CoinGecko — used to fetch exchange rates (XMR, BTC, LTC / USD) at time of payment. No user data is sent.
- No advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media trackers are used.
Law Enforcement Requests
We do not collect identifying information, so we have nothing meaningful to provide in response to requests. In the event of a valid legal request, we can only disclose the minimal order record described above — which contains no personal identifiers.
Your Rights
Since we collect no personal data tied to your identity, traditional data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) do not apply in the conventional sense. If you wish to have your order record deleted, contact us with your Order ID.
