Terms of Service

By using XMR Host ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

XMR Host provides anonymous Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and proxy services, accessible without registration or identity verification. Payments are accepted exclusively in Monero (XMR) and other cryptocurrencies.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited email (spam) or operating spam infrastructure
• Hosting, distributing, or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Launching DDoS attacks or participating in botnets
• Conducting illegal hacking, unauthorized system access, or network intrusion
• Hosting phishing pages, malware, or ransomware
• Mining cryptocurrency without authorization on third-party systems
• Any activity that violates the laws of the jurisdiction in which the infrastructure resides

We reserve the right to terminate services without notice or refund if prohibited activities are detected.

3. Payments & Refunds

• No refunds are issued under any circumstances once payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
• If your server fails to deploy due to a technical error on our side, we will redeploy or extend your service period.
• Prices are displayed in USD and converted to XMR at the time of payment. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
• We accept no liability for payments sent to incorrect addresses or in incorrect amounts.

4. Anonymity & Privacy

We do not require registration, email, or personal identification. See our Privacy Policy for details on what minimal data we retain.

• Your Order ID is the sole access key to your service. We cannot recover lost Order IDs.
• We do not log traffic, content, or usage patterns.

5. Service Availability & SLA

We make no uptime guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

• Planned or unplanned maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or consequential damages.
• Server hardware failures are handled on a best-effort basis.

6. Resource Usage

• You are allocated the resources described in your plan. Abuse of shared infrastructure (e.g., sustained CPU saturation affecting other users) may result in termination.
• Network bandwidth limits apply as specified in your plan.

7. Termination

• Services automatically terminate upon expiry if not renewed.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without notice or refund.
• Upon termination, server data is permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XMR Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
